Grem'talor, adventurers!

This is certainly the biggest feature update since Farental’s launch. So much has been added and fixed that a quick overview is in order.

New Features

1. Your own property: buy, customize, and develop your land.
2. Building and production: construct buildings, manage their storage, and set up workshops for automatic production.
3. New skill: carpentry makes its debut.
4. New crafting recipes: plenty of new recipes and items to help you develop your property.
5. A place to call home: rest in your bedroom and use your property as a respawn point, or simply store your items there.
6. Selling and gifting: give your land to another character or sell it back to the land steward for half its current purchase value, excluding buildings and stored items.
7. Improved mail: view your sent messages, check their status and attached items and money, and refuse payment requests.
8. A more convenient interface: a compact task bar and improved quantity controls.
9. Crafts : Complete revision of crafted items sell price, crafts time and xp.

Important Fixes

1. Crafting: fixed short crafting tasks yielding no results.
2. Full inventory: excess items are now sent by mail instead of being lost.
3. Inventory: filters and scroll position are preserved when interacting with items.
4. And so many more.

API Updates

1. Land management: new /land/* endpoints let you view your properties, buy land, rename it, edit its descriptions, expand it, or rebuild it. Estimation endpoints let you check costs before confirming.
2. Construction: GET /land/buildable lists available structures; POST /land/build and POST /land/destroy let you start construction and demolition.
3. Workshops: GET /land/workshopRecipes lists available recipes. The POST /land/workshopRecipe, /land/workshopStart, and /land/workshopStop endpoints let you configure and control production.
4. Storage: POST /land/transferTo, /land/transferFrom, and /land/transferAllFrom handle item transfers between your character’s inventory and your property’s storage.
5. Rest: POST /land/sleep and POST /land/regen let you use your property’s bedrooms.
6. Selling and gifting: POST /land/sell sells land back to the steward; POST /land/transferOwnership transfers it to another character free of charge.
7. Travel: GET /travel/options lists travel options, including entering and leaving properties, with their destination, duration, and price.
8. Mail: GET /mail/sent and GET /mail/sent/one provide access to sent messages and their contents. POST /mail/refusePayment lets you refuse a payment request and return the attachments to the sender.
